For a list if area hotels and motels, click here. >>> Area Hotels
Be sure to let the hotels know that you are with the Illinois Square Dance Association. If you have any problems with finding a room, try specifying the dates or SCISDA (State Council of Square Dance Associations) or just square dancing. Hopefully, this will help them to find the group of rooms blocked even if the rooms were blocked under slightly different names. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact Curtis and Maria Bremmer at 815 385-2853 or by email at mariabremmer@juno.com .

The Student Union has offered to have their dining facilities open for us again over the weekend.
To make it a much better experience for everyone, we will continue the new and improved system for reservations on both Friday and Saturday nights for the Pheasant Room buffet.
Please do not make reservations directly with the Pheasant Room. Only the convention staff will be taking reservations.
You will be able to register for the Friday night buffet on Friday and the Saturday night buffet on Saturday. You will pay in advance (cash only) for a ticket for the seating of your choice. There will be a limited number of tickets for each seating. Check the Tentative Schedule of Events for the specific time and location for ticket sales by clicking here.
There will also be concessions from 7:00 to 10:30 on Friday evening outside the halls on the first floor.
On Saturday, the Blackhawk Cafeteria will also be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Again there will be concessions outside the main halls on Saturday evening.
On Sunday there will be breakfast and a light lunch selection in the Blackhawk cafeteria from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
There are also many restaurants in DeKalb for your dining pleasure. Please click on the link below for restaurant information.
